Here at AES we provide Limited and Comprehensive inspections along with post remediation clearances. Ranging from Asbestos, Lead, Mold and Bacteria. We specialize in detecting potential environmental hazards to help ensure safe places to live, work and play before, during and after your projects. Outside of inspection and clearance services we can also be of value through, Project planning and general consultation, project oversight and air monitoring, Report writing with remediation specifications, HUD Lead risk assessments and more!
Lead
Lead-Based Paint inspections, testing and assessment followed by post lead remediation clearance testing.
Mold
Microbial visual inspections including air quality and direct contact sampling with the addition of moisture assessment if needed. Followed by a remediation report protocol and if needed a final post remediation air quality clearance testing.
Asbestos
Asbestos inspections and testing to determine asbestos containing materials prior to disturbance followed by post asbestos abatement clearance testing.
Phase 1
Investigations conducted to evaluate the environmental condition of a property, typically before real estate transactions or development projects.
Bacteria
Bacterial contamination inspection and sampling followed by remediation protocols if needed along with post bacterial remediation clearances.
